Phase 1

1. AIU modeling for learning the original artist's drawing style

Categorizing and training the data of drawings created by the original artists through AIU to make the output images reflect the original artist's drawing style. Evaluation and improvement of related AI models.

2. Development of multi-base image insertion technology

Upgrade the AIU output process to allow the insertion of two or more base images into the resulting AIU-generated images.

3. Design and development of a network for the artist's drawing training

Designing a system where artists can submit their drawings online, enabling their drawings to be categorized and trained by AIU. Development of a process and algorithm for uploading the artist's drawings to AIU, going through the training process, and providing compensation.

Phase 2

1. Implementation of on-chain systems for AIU

Implementation of an on-chain system that allows AIU-generated images to be issued as NFTs. Development and modification of relevant smart contracts to enable reward distribution according to AIU's reward algorithm.

2. Recruitment of initial artists

Recruitment of original artists needed for AIU's AI model training. Selection and categorization of artworks by the original artists, followed by the training process using AIU.

3. Beta testing

Beta testing for AIU launch. Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the image generation process using AIU and checking the artist's reward system.

Phase 3

1. Airdrop rewards for original artists

Airdrop rewards for the original artists who provided training data to AIU in the early stages.

2. Initial minting of NFT collections

Issuance of the first NFT collection using AIU. (This NFT collection will be the first collection issued by AIU, incorporating mechanisms for the coexistence of AI and humans.)

Phase 4

1. AIU launch

Launch of AIU, an AI art generator that provides rewards to original artists.

2. Activation of DAO

Activating the DAO of AIU to carry out various decision-making processes such as voting for the verification of original artists and selection of validators.

Phase 5

AIU V2 Release

Key Upgrade Contents:

1) Incorporation of sprite animation and animation functionality to the generated images in AIU.

2) Integration of image filtering and background transparency capabilities to the generated images in AIU.
