III. Introducing AIU

1. What is AIU?
AIU is a decentralized application (Dapp) that utilizes artificial intelligence to generate various images and provides compensation to image creators for their original works.
AIU was created to address the problems of accuracy, limitations of artistic styles, and copyright issues that existing AI generators have.
AIU has a vast collection of base images and original images, which improves the accuracy of user image outputs. It also provides various image effects and filters to apply the artistic style of the original work to the desired image.
When images generated using AI GPT are minted as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), the original creators can receive compensation for their artwork. This allows the original creators to receive fair compensation, and users can confidently use AI-generated images.
2.How is AIU solving the problem?

To solve the accuracy problem and limitations of artistic styles in image generation, AIU has implemented various systems. The compensation system of AIU is a factor in which many original creators provide base images and original images to AIU. When images generated using AIU are minted as NFTs, the original creators can receive compensation for their artwork.
By utilizing the vast amount of image data provided by the original creators, AIU enhances its AI algorithms to improve accuracy and diversity. Through this system, users can output images with high accuracy and a variety of artistic styles.
AIU users can publish their desired images as NFTs, which grants them ownership and copyright of those images. As a result, users can confidently use AI-generated images. If users use images generated by existing AI generators without permission, copyright issues may arise. However, if the images created using AI, which has undergone training with the original creators' consent, are minted as NFTs through AIU, these issues can be resolved.
AIU is addressing the problems of accuracy, limitations of artistic styles, and copyright issues in image generation by providing compensation and utilizing on-chain technology, thus creating a new ecosystem where image creators and users can co-exist.
3.Examples of using AIU

AIU allows for the generation of more accurate images by reducing trial and error in the image generation process through providing base images. For example, if a user wants to output an image of a "Shiba Inu piloting a spaceship," they would select base images for the spaceship and the Shiba Inu beforehand. Then, by inputting the prompt "Shiba Inu piloting a spaceship," AIU significantly reduces trial and error and outputs an image that closely matches the one desired.

Furthermore, AIU can increase the diversity of the AI art generator by learning various artistic styles. For instance, when creating a game with a futuristic "space battle" setting, images of weapons that match the world of the game are needed. In this case, by selecting an artist with a similar artistic style and providing a prompt along with the base image, AIU can reflect that artistic style and generate the desired image. Unlike traditional AI generators, limited in their range of diversity for different situations, AIU can apply various artistic styles to images, allowing for the generation of weapon images used in games like "space war."

Copyright lawsuits related to the extensive use of AI-generated images are ongoing. AIU operates on a structure where the original creators participate and provide consent for generating AI images. For example, when outputting an image related to "aliens" using a conventional AI generator, it is difficult for the user to know whether a copyright-registered "alien" image or an unregistered one will be output. However, AIU, with its structure that involves selecting both base images and artists, can prevent such issues.
